Our choir, the ORU Gospel Choir, was asked to sing at the YouVersion/Life.Church Billion and Beyond concert in downtown Oklahoma City at Paycom Center. We had a charter bus that transported us to Paycom, and they were supposed to return to take us home. But when the concert was over, there was no charter bus waiting.
After four long days of providing ground transportation for the YouVersion Billion and Beyond event, Excalibur had wrapped up for the night. But after they received a call from the event coordinator, they turned back around and came downtown at 12:30 AM to transport all of us back to Tulsa in two vans.
For that, we are forever grateful.

It is with great joy that I write this review for Excalibur Executive Black Car Service. In January, I reached out to Rev. Derrick Scobey about providing transportation for the LIFE, ACCESS, and RISE students at Douglass High School’s prom. These students have a variety of disabilities, and arranging such transportation would have exceeded our budget. However, Excalibur graciously agreed to accommodate the students.
Scobey and his drivers arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule and greeted our students, parents, and grandparents before I arrived. At that moment, Rev. This message is LONG overdue! I am writing to submit a review of our car service when we were in Oklahoma City in the fall of 2024. I apologize for the delay, but I told Mr. Scobey I would write it and here it is now.
Our family of six visited Oklahoma City for an SEC football game in the fall of 2024 from Nashville, TN. Mr. Scobey picked us up from the airport after a late flight and provided transportation to our hotel in Bricktown. He anticipated all our travel needs and we had a great experience in his impeccably clean and well-appointed luxury Sprinter van.
In fact, we enjoyed the ride so much that we ended up booking him for the next day and again to take us back to the airport on our return flight. Mr. Scobey was polite, professional, and kind. Our four kids absolutely loved him and would tell you that riding with him was the highlight of their trip DESPITE being in town to see our football team play Oklahoma. He was with us for the entire day on Saturday and helped us prepare for the heat and offered a respite for the tailgating and game day activities. If we ever find ourselves in Oklahoma City again we will book Excalibur without question. I can’t recommend Derrick Scobey and this car service highly enough.
